Feb 9: New Orleans Seafood Feast

Tuesday, Feb. 9th,
6:30 to 10 pm,

It’s Mardi Gras Time again & our thoughts go to the rich and exciting cuisine of New Orleans. It’s time for some soulful jazz and flickering lamp lights as we stroll down Royal Street in the French Quarter. The history, the music, the food and the people come together to create a unique blend of life in the Big Easy. Lucia’s father was born in New Orleans and she grew up in the kitchen that knew the spices, seafood, and music of this treasure on the Mississippi. The menu consists of shrimp etouffee over pecan rice, Mama’s famous crab casserole, baked zucchini with baby Swiss and Parmesan cheese, French bread with garlic herb butter and luscious bread pudding and whiskey sauce.
